Diary Overview

The Heliplan diary is designed to allow you to easily see the availability of both aircraft and pilots independently.

• Switch between Day View, Week View, Two-Week View or Schedule View.
• Colour coordinated according to the pilot – all of a pilot’s bookings will appear in their unique colour to allow them to easily see when they’re needed.
• Add notes to certain dates to remind you of events. These reminders pop up in the quoting module so you’ll never forget something important when planning a flight.
• Real-time updates – your diary will update instantaneously when a booking is changed.
• Summary pop-ups give more information about a booking when you hover over them. Need more information about a flight? Open the quote in a single click.
